Payments must be received within 14 days of registration or your registration application will be cancelled.
Name Substitutions
Name substitutions will be accepted only in writing and must be accompanied by written permission from the original registrant. Requests should be sent via email to info@iia2008sf.org. An email will be sent to the original and new registrant confirming the change and then the new registrant will receive links to register for specific events and programs.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations and refund requests must be in writing. Cancellations received more than 14 days prior to the conference start date will incur a $100 administrative fee. There is no refund for cancellations received within 14 days of the conference start date.
